How our technicians are trained and vetted
Our technicians are PesPro employees, not subcontractors. Each one is individually licensed through the California Structural Pest Control Board and works under company license #PR-6378. Before treating anything, a new technician learns the PesPro inspection sequence: reading rodent droppings and rub marks, finding cockroach harborage behind appliances, and tracing an ant trail back to the colony instead of spraying the line you can see.
Training continues every year, as QualityPro requires, and it follows the Integrated Pest Management approach: identify the species, remove what feeds and shelters it, use the least material that solves the problem, and verify the result. Every product we apply is registered with the EPA and California's Department of Pesticide Regulation. Technicians arrive in uniform and carry their California license.
What a service visit looks like, start to finish
A visit begins with an inspection of the interior and exterior. The technician identifies the pest, locates where it lives and how it gets in, and shows you the evidence before recommending anything. If the problem does not need treatment yet, we say so. Otherwise you receive a written quote that names the method, the materials, the number of visits, the timeline and one fixed price.
Treatment follows the quote, nothing more. For bed bugs and cockroaches you receive a preparation checklist beforehand, because clutter and unwashed fabrics shelter the pests from treatment. Afterward you get a service report describing what was found and what was applied, plus the window for any follow-up visit. Rodent control continues with trap checks and monitoring.
